As a PR professional ensuring that a photograph communicates the right message and catches the attention of a picture editor is not easily achieved without a clear understanding of how professional photographers and press bureaus work.
This half-day workshop, which is being held at the Dublin Chamber of Commerce, is designed for PR practitioners at all levels who want to get behind the thinking, technology and methods involved in securing a good photo opportunity. It is presented by Mary McCullough, who is currently special projects director at Fennell Photography, and Peter Thursfield, picture editor at The Irish Times.
The fee is €230 for PRII members and €335 for non-members.
