The legal dos and don’ts of using images

Maureen Daly and Mark O’Connell are the speakers at this Marketing Institute breakfast seminar being held in the offices of Beauchamps Solicitors in Dublin 2 on Tuesday 1 December.
The seminar will look at the legal issues that arise when using images in advertising campaigns and whether privacy rights exist in Ireland.
Maureen Daly, partner and head of technology and brands at Beauchamps Solicitors, will talk about the legal issues involved in using images and provide some practical tips.
Mark O’Connell BL (former political correspondent with the Sunday Business Post), will discuss legal developments in the area of privacy and legislative proposals.
Registration for this event begins at 7.45am for a networking continental breakfast, following by a 40-minute talk.
